Meet Brooke
Growing up in a divided household as the oldest child, provided me with the opportunity to embody natural leadership qualities. This naturally led me down the path of Military service and to eventually becoming a Police Officer. During that time, I also found myself serving the role as a military and first responder spouse, which dealt its own unique challenges. Unaddressed childhood trauma, adult trauma, cyclical patterns of behavior that resulted in unsuccessful relationships, and a completely dysregulated nervous system, finally led me to hit rock bottom.
Like many do, I turned to Yoga. An on and off practitioner of yoga since 2011, I eventually decided to dive deeper into the accent wisdom and philosophy of the practice. The combination of my Yoga practice and living by the Yogic principles has guided me in my healing process and continues to guide me in all areas of life: physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. My greatest joy and purpose in life is to help support others to their own realization of how whole their lives can truly be.
Through the practice of Yoga I know we, together, can make our World a more loving, healthy, just, and peaceful place, one soul at a time.
