My Vision.

My vision is to create a safe and loving space where people from all walks of life can show up as their authentic selves.

I help guide others through life’s challenges or to simply improve other’s quality of life using evidence based holistic yoga techniques that are catered to the individual person:

We’re meant to embrace life's journey together.

So often we attempt to deal with life’s challenges all by ourselves, when in fact we don’t need to, and we weren’t meant to! Some of us may understand this as “white knuckling” our way through life, forcing our minds and bodies into careers, relationships, and overall experiences that don’t necessarily fill us. Trust me, I’ve tried it and it doesn’t tend to work out in the long run. Eventually, the engine burns out.

At some point in life we all struggle with trauma, stress, grief, physical alignments and health issues, internal emotional battles, relationships, financial instability, and spiritual confusion.

Sometimes we don’t even know the root cause, but find that our lives aren’t exactly where we want them to be. I’m here to remind you, you are not alone.

By slowing down, even for a moment, we can learn how to regulate our nervous system and begin to listen to what our bodies are desperately trying to tell us. 

Together, we will cultivate a more happy, whole, and abundant life..
